We needed our septic tank pumped, and most companies we called wouldn't even give us a price over the phone. Creech's not only gave us the price over the phone, but they came out and pumped our tank the SAME DAY and got it taken care of super quickly. They had excellent communication and everyone on the phone and the technicians were friendly, helpful and respectful, and there were no surprise fees or uncertainty about when they would arrive... they even gave us a link to "track" when they would be arriving AND a picture of the technicians who were coming, which made me feel confident and safe.
