Our experience with Creech's was excellent! We needed our septic tank pumped, and most companies we called wouldn't even give us a price over the phone. Creech's not only gave us the price over the phone, but they came out and pumped our tank the SAME DAY and got it taken care of super quickly. They had excellent communication and everyone on the phone and the technicians were friendly, helpful and respectful, and there were no surprise fees or uncertainty about when they would arrive... they even gave us a link to "track" when they would be arriving AND a picture of the technicians who were coming, which made me feel confident and safe. Plumbing problems are a headache, but they made it much more bearable. Creech's will be our official go-to company for Plumbing and Septic from now on!

I was scheduled for a septic tank pump-out. They scheduled it between 8-12, showed up at 8:30. Hunter and Eloy were the technicians they sent. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Other company's can learn from the way that they interacted. The front office staff were also friendly and quick. This company is an easy 5 stars, wish I could give more.

Didn't try to up sale things that were not needed. Actually showed me the issues they found with quotes to fix them if I wanted. They didn't use scare tactics making you feel like it had to be done immediately or else. Overall very pleased.

Called late last week and informed them I needed my septic tank pumped and they quickly put me on the schedule and was out here first thing Monday morning. Arrived, quickly got to work and they took the time to explain to me what they were doing. Job completed and you can’t even tell they were here. Cleaned up everything. Very satisfied with the work and I would 100% recommend doing business with them.
