10/10 service. We had an emergency regarding our septic system and they got us in NEXT DAY. Hunter came to our home quickly and was knowledgeable about what the issue was. He was quick to identify the problem and soon resolved it. He gave us tips and tricks on how to maintain our septic system in the future. He was nice, knowledgeable & a great guy overall. I will be using this company again for any of my septic needs.

Our experience with Creech's was excellent! We needed our septic tank pumped, and most companies we called wouldn't even give us a price over the phone. Creech's not only gave us the price over the phone, but they came out and pumped our tank the SAME DAY and got it taken care of super quickly. They had excellent communication and everyone on the phone and the technicians were friendly, helpful and respectful, and there were no surprise fees or uncertainty about when they would arrive... they even gave us a link to "track" when they would be arriving AND a picture of the technicians who were coming, which made me feel confident and safe. Plumbing problems are a headache, but they made it much more bearable. Creech's will be our official go-to company for Plumbing and Septic from now on!
