"They even gave us a link to "track" when they would be arriving AND a picture of the technicians who were coming"

Our experience with Creech's was excellent! We needed our septic tank pumped, and most companies we called wouldn't even give us a price over the phone. Creech's not only gave us the price over the phone, but they came out and pumped our tank the SAME DAY and got it taken care of super quickly. They had excellent communication and everyone on the phone and the technicians were friendly, helpful and respectful, and there were no surprise fees or uncertainty about when they would arrive... they even gave us a link to "track" when they would be arriving AND a picture of the technicians who were coming, which made me feel confident and safe. Plumbing problems are a headache, but they made it much more bearable. Creech's will be our official go-to company for Plumbing and Septic from now on!

"They did way more than previous septic companies!"

After submitting a request, they were quick to respond and actually had an earlier appointment. They did way more than previous septic companies, explaining every step in the process and very professional! Great first time experience with them!

"Everything was professional, timely, well done"

I had Creech’s come out to pump my septic tank and install 2 risers. I couldn’t be happier. They did a great job, I like the quality and design of the risers, they clean up well and even the bill comes with a ton of pictures in a zip file. Everything was professional, timely, well done, nice people and fairly priced.
