The team is very professional, had great customer service and very knowledgeable about our situation. They explained things verbally to me and visually showed me the septic tank process. Amazing customer service and very fair prices. Septic tank filled to the point it was backing up out of the drains. I initially called and the lady was very professional, and told me up front they were booked from the aftermath of a snow storm (totally understandable). Tracy called me himself 30 minutes later and was able to fit me in his schedule, and came out within a couple hours. He was very professional, knowledgable, did an excellent job, and I enjoyed talking with him while he worked. Highly recommend Creech's and won't call anyone else for my plumbing or septic needs.

Called Creech's to pump out our septic tank, going to have them fix our older system. After telling them about my issue they got to work figuring out what was going on and what it was going to take to fix it. They showed and explained what my issue was then told my what needed to be done. Less than a week later they were back, they worked quickly and thoroughly, cleaned up when the job was done and actually came in below the initial estimate. My septic system seems to be back to functioning properly, couldn't be more pleased. Creech's are true professionals.

Recommended installation of risers for septic tank openings to make next pump out easier. Risers work completed next day as planned. All work completed satisfactorily in a high quality manner. Our experience with Creech's was excellent! We needed our septic tank pumped, and most companies we called wouldn't even give us a price over the phone. Creech's not only gave us the price over the phone, but they came out and pumped our tank the SAME DAY and got it taken care of super quickly. They had excellent communication and everyone on the phone and the technicians were friendly, helpful and respectful, and there were no surprise fees or uncertainty about when they would arrive... they even gave us a link to "track" when they would be arriving AND a picture of the technicians who were coming, which made me feel confident and safe. Plumbing problems are a headache, but they made it much more bearable. Creech's will be our official go-to company for Plumbing and Septic from now on!
